Blending her culinary love with lifestyle medicine, Phoebe completed the Culinary Health Education Fundamentals (CHEF) courses offered by Harvard Medical School. She is certified by the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital as a culinary coach. Today, Phoebe is part of a global network of health practitioners that champions culinary medicine, teaching those without culinary experience to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to establish sustainable, nutritious home cooking.

These experiences set Phoebe apart, anchoring her innovative practice with a science-backed approach while recognizing the body-mind-spirit synergy to health and well-being.

Influenced by her experiences in palliative care, Phoebe is committed to an empathetic, preventive, and restorative approach to healthcare, encompassing the well-being of the body, mind, and spirit. She leverages her diverse professional interests and evidence-based research from reliable sources for insights into eczema, allergies, diabetes, weight management, blood type-based diets, and nutrition and energy, for which she has developed unique insights.

She is deeply engaged with her community, learning firsthand about pressing health concerns from those she serves. Phoebe has presented health seminars at corporate 'lunch and learn' sessions, elementary schools, universities, and senior community groups. Her mission is clear: empowering individuals of all ages with actionable knowledge and individualized solutions for healthier lifestyles. Her expertise has earned her recognition in the media. Cross-Cultural Insights

Phoebe brings to her practice a cultural sensibility informed by years of living and learning in Asia and various cities across North America. She is familiar with different food cultures and uses this knowledge to help clients develop dietary plans customized to their needs. Phoebe currently makes her home in Toronto with her husband, Aaron. They are the proud parents of two children attending university. She loves foraging, hiking, mushroom hunting, wine journaling, good food, and traveling. She is a member of the Mycological Society of Toronto.
