She is certified by the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital as a culinary coach. Today, Phoebe is part of a global network of health practitioners that champions culinary medicine, teaching those without culinary experience to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to establish sustainable, nutritious home cooking.

Phoebe brings to her practice a cultural sensibility informed by years of living and learning in Asia and various cities across North America. Phoebe currently makes her home in Toronto with her husband, Aaron. They are the proud parents of two children attending university. She loves foraging, hiking, mushroom hunting, wine journaling, good food, and traveling. She is a member of the Mycological Society of Toronto.
